Specialized training for construction employees and employers
Eager to represent and support women in the construction industry, Elles de la construction offers training to companies, available in person and virtually, to equip them adequately to face current issues. Intended for both employees and employers, these trainings aim to promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment and to support the retention of women in their jobs.
These training courses are made possible thanks to the financial support of partners such as the CNESST, through its Program aimed at combating psychological or sexual harassment in the workplace, and the Secretariat for the Status of Women as part of the Diversity and Inclusion program, which makes them quite accessible.
