Les Elles de la construction, Reaching Across Quebec
Several women have chosen to become ambassadors for Elles de la construction, thus committing to promoting the influence and success of our organization. They embody our vision of becoming the reference in Quebec for women in the construction industry and help to encourage their participation as well as raise awareness of the specific issues that women may face.
Like the women we represent, they are professional women, women entrepreneurs, or tradeswomen. They are investing in making Elles de la construction known as the main actor of change, with the goal of making the construction industry more inclusive, diversified, and equitable, through various promotional activities.
“We are helping to change mindsets and open up new opportunities for women in construction.”
Invested Ambassadors
Our ambassadors highlight the importance of the presence of women in the construction industry. They speak at professional events, participate in conferences and round tables, and actively engage in awareness-raising initiatives, particularly with the media and in schools. Their goal is to elevate women's voices and promote gender equality, while highlighting female contributions and leadership in this key economic sector.
