Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Virtual Activities

Registration fees for virtual activities are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another person with the same status as you (member or non-member).
Please notify us of any registration transfer at least 24 hours prior to the event.

In-Person Activities

A 50% refund of the registration fee is available if the cancellation request is made at least 10 days prior to the event.

After this period, no refunds will be issued. However, registration may be transferred to another person with the same status as you (member or non-member).

Please notify us of any registration transfer at least 48 hours prior to the event.

This policy is intended to ensure efficient management of our activities and to allow all participants to fully benefit from them.

SHOP

Exchanges and refunds are not allowed. We only process exchanges in case of a manufacturing defect.

If you notice an issue with your product, contact us by email at info@ellesdelaconstruction.com to obtain return authorization.

We ship your order within Quebec via Canada Post with a flat rate of $9 per order.

• Your package will be sent with a tracking number.
• The estimated delivery time is 7 business days.

• Once your request is approved, we will cover the shipping costs and send you a similar product (subject to availability).
• If the product is out of stock, we will offer you an equivalent item of equal value.
• The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the authorization number.

Attention: any product returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

To be accepted, all merchandise must be in its original packaging. We will send you the instructions by email.

• You have 7 days after receipt to report a defect.
• We will send you detailed return instructions by email.
