Mentoring, to elevate women in construction towards professional success
Les Elles de la construction offers personalized support to women in the construction sector through a mentoring program. Drawing on the expertise and experience of established female professionals in the industry, this program provides mentees with valuable guidance and sound advice to help them achieve their professional goals.
Several passionate women sign up as mentors to support women who wish to develop their expertise in the construction sector. Their support, based on sharing and kindness, helps to encourage women to take their place in a predominantly male-dominated workplace and to promote female entrepreneurship.

Personalized support to flourish professionally
Are you a professional woman, woman entrepreneur, or tradeswoman at the start of your career, in the start-up or acquisition phase of a business, or looking for new challenges? Our mentoring program is designed for you! Our mentors, from various backgrounds in the construction industry, are there to guide you, advise you and inspire you by sharing their experience, stories, expertise and vision.
The relationship between the mentor and the mentee is based on solid trust, promoting significant development of your professional project throughout the support period. Our mentoring program runs over a calendar year, from January to December. You will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions where you will meet the other mentees and mentors in your cohort, in addition to regular meetings with your assigned mentor.

Mentoring
For professional women, women entrepreneurs or tradeswomen
In person (hybrid): greater Montreal region
Virtual
• Two cohorts per year:
• From February to October 2024
• From October to May 2025
• 1 or 2 mandatory training sessions for mentors and mentees on best mentoring practices
• 8 to 12 meetings of 1 hour to 1.5 hours with your mentor
