Les Elles de la construction, alliés du changement
Les Elles de la construction would not be the organization it is today without the valuable support of its partners, who support its commitment to representing women within the industry to create more inclusiveness and fairness for them in this sector. By encouraging our actions, they promote the professional development of women as well as women entrepreneurship.
Through their support, our partners demonstrate not only their understanding of the challenges faced by women in a predominantly male industry, but also their desire to promote an environment of harmonious collaboration where the differences between men and women are valued for being complementary, thus allowing all to prosper together.
“We promote constructive collaboration between all stakeholders in the sector to catalyze the transformation of the construction industry.”

We sincerely thank them for their valuable support and commitment to our cause. Their contribution is essential to enable us to continue to promote equality and inclusion in the construction industry.

The Association des professionnels de la construction et de l'habitation du Québec (APCHQ) supports professionals in the residential construction and renovation industry. It is committed to promoting and developing the professionalism of its 20,000 member companies in 13 regional associations.
The APCHQ provides us with valuable media support in the organization of our annual events, such as Diversity and Inclusion Week.
The mission of the ACQ is to defend the interests of entrepreneurs in Quebec’s construction industry. It actively supports the growth of its member companies through a comprehensive range of products and services designed to boost productivity and simplify management.
Today, the ACQ stands as the leading voluntary, multisector association in the construction sector, covering institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential fields.
The Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) oversees the implementation of the R-20 Act and workforce management in the construction industry. The CCQ provides services in employee benefits, pensions, insurance, training, and workforce management. It also ensures the enforcement of collective agreements.
Its services are organized around four main pillars: Benefits, Workforce, Training and Development, and Audits and Investigations.
The Minister responsible for the Status of Women is mandated to promote the social, civic, economic, and professional contributions of women to the development of Québec, as well as to advance women’s rights and substantive equality between women and men. Given the Minister’s responsibility for combating homophobia and transphobia, attention is also devoted to raising awareness of the specific realities faced by LGBTQ people and to promoting respect for their rights.
