“Working Together” training to foster the evolution of construction site culture

This training is aimed at companies in the construction sector to help them combat sexual and psychological harassment on construction sites and in the workplace, thus promoting a healthy and inclusive working environment for all. Focusing on awareness and education, it encourages the promotion of a culture of mutual respect and equality, promoting harmonious collaboration between women and men.

Every year, many employees leave the construction industry due to discrimination, bullying or harassment. Faced with this reality, it has become essential for companies to put in place concrete and effective tools to guarantee cohesion within their teams. These measures contribute to the well-being of workers, respect for their rights and the retention of qualified labour.

According to a CCQ report, 2% of workers and 3.8% of female workers left the construction field due to discrimination, intimidation or harassment in 2021.
