Les Elles de la construction can count on a Board of Directors involved in representing women’s rights in a deeply masculine sector. Each member shares the common desire to improve and transform the construction industry by making it more inclusive, diverse, and equitable, where women have a prominent place and are fully valued for their contribution.
Like the women it represents, the Board of Directors (BOD) is made up of tradeswomen, professional women and women entrepreneurs. To achieve the defined objectives, the BOD relies on several committees made up of professionals and important stakeholders in the construction industry.
