The training course “Ergonomics and Manual Material Handling in Construction” is designed for construction workers on job sites. It aims to reduce the risk of injuries related to daily tasks by promoting safe, efficient work methods adapted to real-world site conditions.

It specifically helps prevent injuries to the back, shoulders, knees, and upper limbs. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are among the leading causes of absenteeism, occupational illness, and functional limitations in the construction industry.

This dual expertise enables her to design realistic solutions and teach strategies adapted to the daily realities of workers. With 15 years of experience, she has conducted hundreds of interventions and training sessions across various sectors. Her approach focuses on preventing workplace injuries and reducing pain, while also supporting productivity. She places the individual at the center of her practice and provides practical, autonomous tools that can be applied directly in the workplace.
