The training course “Ergonomics and Manual Material Handling in Construction” is designed for construction workers on job sites. It aims to reduce the risk of injuries related to daily tasks by promoting safe, efficient work methods adapted to real-world site conditions.

It specifically helps prevent injuries to the back, shoulders, knees, and upper limbs. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are among the leading causes of absenteeism, occupational illness, and functional limitations in the construction industry.
