Having grown up in a family deeply rooted in construction and renovation, she naturally developed a keen sensitivity for space planning that balances functionality and aesthetics. Her studies in business management provided her with a strong foundation to navigate the diverse challenges of construction projects and lead teams in various contexts.

In her pursuit of continuous improvement, she explored the field of education through postgraduate studies, aiming to better understand the dynamics of professional training and develop effective methods to foster motivation and creativity within teams.
