4:20 PM Group Workshop "My Boundaries" by Jade Payer
My Boundaries: learning to recognize, establish, and respect them. Setting boundaries is the foundation of a healthy relationship in the workplace. But before we can establish them, we must first recognize them. Once we are aware of our tolerance threshold, we must learn the subtle art of setting our boundaries. Once our boundaries are clearly defined, we must also ensure that our actions align with our words. In this workshop, we will address these important topics that are often poorly understood.
5:05 PM Main Interviews
5:15 PM Closing Speech
5:30 PM Cocktail
6:30 PM Dinner (3-course meal)
The subgroup workshops will focus on the following topics: nutrition, stress management, leadership.
"Leadership au féminin" by Audrey Mollard
This workshop aims to be an open starting point for discussing the concept of female leadership. The premise here is that women possess natural "feminine" skills, such as empathy, collaboration, teamwork, and kindness, and that these qualities complement and add real value compared to more "traditional" leadership styles. We will discuss what female leadership is, how to practice it, and, most importantly, we will encourage the participants to speak up and foster an open debate on the topic.
"Energetics on Your Plate" by Imane Lahlou
Imane offers a conference rooted in science that lands directly on your plate. By sharing her passion and the insights from her journey and research, she will guide you in choosing foods and combinations that support your energy throughout the day. She provides a space for reflection and will share knowledge and tips on creating colorful, vibrant meals with ease and enjoyment.
Topics covered:
"Eliminate Stress Once and For All!" by Lucie Poitras
Are you looking for solutions to protect your physical and psychological health? Want to learn how to respond differently to stress? What tools can you use to manage it while enhancing your well-being? This conference introduces three effective tools to manage stress and improve your quality of life.
