This strategic partnership aims to actively strengthen the participation, conversion, and retention of women in the construction industry.
“Our upcoming collaboration with the ACQ will allow us to be present on the ground to support these women from their very first experiences discovering the trades. By joining forces, we will be able to provide them with privileged access to a community, resources, and practical tools that support their journey and help remove barriers that are still far too common,” says Crystelle Cormier, Executive Director of Elles de la construction.
