A strong and committed on-site presence
Elles de la construction had a booth on site to showcase their mission, present their initiatives, and engage directly with participants.
The booth was hosted by Stéphanie Lévesque, Project Manager of the F.I.C. program, alongside two board members:
- Sarah Fekih, President of Cohésion Architecture
- Florence Morin-Laurin, President of FML Consultation
“Being present at the Quebec General Contractors Congress confirmed to me that women’s place in construction is no longer an exception, but a business reality.
Our vision goes beyond simply having women on job sites. We believe in a true change in behavior, based on professionalism, respect, and collaboration. Diversity is a strategic advantage, but above all, it is the lasting transformation of on-site practices that will drive the evolution of our industry.”
— Stéphanie Lévesque
A strengthening relationship with the CEGQ
Elles de la construction has also become an official member of the CEGQ, a key step in building a lasting relationship with the association’s members.
This collaboration will include:
- Increased visibility on-site
- Active participation in committees
- A direct and strengthened connection with Quebec general contractors
