Les Elles de la construction, building the future of the industry
Les Elles de la construction is a key player in the construction industry, recognized for its catalytic role among women, both by professionals and companies in the sector and by government authorities. Our organization represents women in this sector, supported by men, with the common objective of promoting diversity and inclusion in an industry which is a pillar of Quebec's economic growth.
We offer mutual assistance to women, in a spirit of sharing, to help them develop professionally. In addition to the support provided, we encourage female entrepreneurship by promoting business connections during activities and events organized during the year. We invite all stakeholders in the sector to contribute to guarantee women their rightful place in society and to promote their full professional development.

RegisterWe represent you, women in the construction sector, whether you are a student, a professional woman, a woman entrepreneur or a tradeswoman, by offering you services specifically designed for you, while ensuring assistance and support in a spirit of mutual aid and community. Our goal is for you to find answers to your questions and improve your knowledge to fully take your place.
We are committed to providing you with resources, representing you before the media and political authorities, and initiating innovative projects for the future of Quebec, thus contributing to the success of women in business. In addition, we include men in this process, because we are convinced that cultural change in an industry with a high male representation requires close collaboration and joint effort.
Training
We offer business training for employees and employers in order to promote a healthy working environment and encourage the continued employment of women. These training courses respond to current issues, such as the fight against sexual or psychological harassment, as well as the creation of an inclusive workplace in construction.

We offer mentoring to women to help them achieve their professional goals through personalized and caring support. In collaboration with the Secretariat for the Status of Women, we are involved in the establishment of a program aimed at encouraging diversity and inclusion, as well as facilitating better integration and retention of women within the construction industry. This program aims in particular to promote construction professions among new generations of women.

We organize activities on a regular basis to facilitate meetings and business partnerships.
