With over 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, and management within complex environments, she supports companies and leaders in clarifying their offerings, structuring their prospecting, and enhancing the client experience, with the goal of achieving sustainable growth and engaged teams.
Before founding FML Consultation, she held leadership roles in marketing, project management, and business development within engineering firms, overseeing several major commercial and industrial real estate projects. Florence is also involved as a member of the CREW M sponsorship committee, a mentor and ambassador for Les Elles de la construction, and has served on her borough’s Urban Planning Advisory Committee (CCU).

Ms. M. Duval works at the heart of innovation in resilient and sustainable infrastructure, bringing together academic, governmental, and industrial sectors. She also spent ten years at the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) on major public projects exceeding $40 million and four years at the City of Montreal on housing and economic development initiatives.
