Ms. Fekih’s dedicated leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment have been essential pillars for the organization. We extend our heartfelt thanks for the time and energy she has invested in advancing our mission, which she will continue to support as a board member for the 2025–2027 term.

It is with immense pride and boundless enthusiasm that I have accepted the position of President of the Board of Directors of Les Elles de la construction for this new term.
As an entrepreneur in the construction industry for the past 15 years, I am well aware of the challenges, ambitions, and victories that shape our daily work. I will be your ally and your voice on the Board, fully committed to advancing equity in our industry.
I also want to acknowledge the tremendous work accomplished during the last term, which allowed the organization to achieve significant milestones and reach a new level of maturity.
Our mission remains our guiding compass: ensuring the full recognition and integration of women in all spheres of the construction industry.
For the 2025–2026 term, the Board is firmly committed to consolidating these achievements to sustain our impact. We will ensure that all our members, regardless of their sector, have access to high-level training resources and networking opportunities that concretely influence their professional trajectory. Strengthened financial planning will support healthy and sustainable growth, fully dedicated to this fundamental mission.
