A Tangible Impact
The Women’s Empowerment Committee (CAF), created by Broccolini in 2022, actively supports the advancement of women in all aspects of their careers. Its mission is to:
- Increase female representation at all levels of the organization, particularly in senior leadership positions;
- Ensure equal opportunities in recruitment, promotion, and professional development;
- Create an inclusive and respectful work environment;
- Raise awareness and train all teams on issues related to gender equality and diversity.
The CAF operates through four complementary pillars, each contributing to the advancement of women and the improvement of the workplace:
1. Female Leadership
This pillar supports the active participation of women in senior leadership and promotes the creation of tangible opportunities. Les Elles benefit from sponsorship of events and programs such as CREW M, Les Elles de la construction, and the ÉTS Palmarès Féminin Pluriel for the awarding of scholarships. Broccolini is also in the process of obtaining the Parity certification from La Gouvernance au Féminin, a commitment that will help strengthen equity and inclusion at all levels.
2. Education and Training
This pillar provides Les Elles with educational resources and training to better understand and overcome professional challenges, as well as to develop their skills and leadership. Conferences on workplace confidence and managing professional obstacles have already been offered.
3. Community
The Community pillar supports the development of a mentorship and collaboration network for Les Elles, both internally and across the industry. Broccolini facilitates initiatives such as fundraising for women-focused organizations, activities like Dress for Success, and sponsorship of women’s engineering groups. Les Elles can also participate in internal meetings to discuss challenges and identify practical solutions.
4. Parenting and Women’s Health
This pillar provides support to Les Elles in balancing career and parenting, as well as in navigating issues specific to women’s health. Broccolini has implemented policies such as maternity top-up benefits and offers conferences on menopause or technology and children, enabling women to feel supported and valued.

An Approach for Lasting Impact
The company is currently in the process of obtaining the Parity certification from La Gouvernance au Féminin, a key step toward achieving gender parity at all levels of the organization. This initiative builds on actions already in place to support the advancement of women, while providing a structured framework and clear benchmarks to strengthen equity and inclusion.
This certification will allow the company to assess and improve practices in recruitment, training, promotion, and talent management according to the best market standards. It also serves as a strategic lever to attract and retain talent, enhance organizational culture, and position the company as a pioneer in the industry, notably by becoming the first construction company to undertake this process.
